We have the best memories when we think back of our elopement. It was our little love adventure. The idea of getting married in an artwork was Annette’s idea, and as an artist myself, it immediately felt right. Christopher and I were both blown away by our first look at the church. I was also a little surprised that he took our elopement so seriously. To him, a wedding had always been about the big party afterwards. Annette had talked about the importance of the vows, and he trusted her. I have never seen him so sincere as that moment. Exchanging our vows was beautiful and emotional. I still get tears in my eyes whenever I think about it.
Annette made the entire day about us. It was truly unforgettable.
